A challenge is to find a way to make natural materials cutting edge, to make organic building systems as desirable, aesthetically pleasing, functional and financially competitive as the highly expensive (in all senses of the word) high tech materials we build with today. I was an architectural consultant to the Tlholego Ecovillage project for 5 months in Oct. '95 through Feb. '96. The designs you see here were done prior to my tenure at Tlholego.
